Do you make Gluten Free loaves or Pastries?

We currently do not have Gluten Free Bead on our menu, but we have a number of rotating pastries that are gluten free, feel free to call or message to ask what is available for the week.

Is anything you make Vegan?

There is multiple options for vegan pastries and drinks, we try to keep scones, muffins, and cookies at all times and slot in other options when inspiration hits us : ). We sadly no longer make vegan croissant based pastries as the best vegan butter available for it is difficult to source in Canada.

Do you bake the same stuff every day?

We have a set Bread schedule we follow from Wednesday to Sunday, you can find it here. For pastries we have our Staples but some of the pastries we love vary the flavours week to week to keep you on your toes : ). And our weekend has a specialty sourdough loaf we change every week.

What days are you open?

We are open from Wednesday to Sunday 9am - 4pm

How many locations do you have?

We have 1 location situated inside our Organic Mill on South Sumas Road, Chilliwack BC.
